First time for @Formula2 on the streets of @f1miami and it’s a big one. I'm excited to be here supporting Laurens van Hoepen as he takes on this new challenge. New track with high temperature and high grip evolution, new environment, new variables, it's exactly the kind of weekend that reveals real performance. Preparation has been intense, this is the key and we are ready! Now it’s time to execute. Let’s go. 🏁 #F2 #MiamiGP #RaceWeek #Motorsport #Performance

🚀 Ever wondered what really goes on between a Race Engineer and a driver in Formula 1? It’s not just about simulation, data and lap times, it’s about trust, communication under pressure and making the right call in real time, often with incomplete information. In this video, done in collaboration with @motorsport_net for @autosport Explains, we go behind the scenes of that relationship, what it takes to become a Race Engineer in F1 and the key qualities needed to perform at that level. If you’re interested in high performance, decision-making, or building careers in motorsport, you will like it... I interviewed Lando Norris and the world champion was open, honest and articulate. And then his management stepped in to police and muzzle him in an attempt to "control the narrative." From then on it did not go too well....this is what happened. theguardian.com/sport/2026/apr…

F1 didn’t rewrite the 2026 rulebook, it refined it. After the first three races, the priority was clear: take the edge off extreme energy management and bring the cars back closer to something drivers can actually lean on. Key changes: ⚙️ Recharge reduced (8MJ → 7MJ) → more flat-out running ⚙️ Higher recovery power (350kW) → less lift & coast ⚙️ Smarter deployment → smoother speed profiles, safer racing ⚙️ Boost capped (+150kW) → controlled overtaking ⚙️ New start safety system → avoids stalled-car chaos ⚙️ Wet tweaks → more grip, better drivability Net result? Just under 1s slower per lap but that’s not the story. 👉 Cars look more alive 👉 Drivers can push more consistently 👉 Less “energy management game”, more actual racing It’s a smart, data-led adjustment, a scalpel, not a sledgehammer. But it doesn’t solve the core limitation: when the energy runs out, the drop in speed is still there… and it’s still not what F1 should look like. So this is progress and not the endgame. At some point, the question becomes unavoidable: do we keep refining… or rethink the concept entirely? Back to something like a lighter hybrid paired with a simpler engine architecture? Fully synthetic e-fuels unlocking more freedom? Through jsc7engineering.com (driver management, performance & keynote speaking) and JSC7Talent.com (engineering recruitment), you see exactly how these changes translate into real behaviour on track — not just theory. What’s your take? 👇 #F1 #Motorsport #Engineering #Performance

F1 2026 is already delivering surprises… and we’ve only had 3 races. New regulations. New dynamics. New winners… and a few big names already under pressure. I’ve teamed up with @motorsport_net for their @autosport Explains episodes to break down everything that’s happened so far and more importantly, what it means for the rest of the season: ⚙️ Who’s really performing vs expectations ⚙️ Who’s already on the back foot ⚙️ What the new rules are changing behind the scenes ⚙️ And what to expect when racing resumes in Miami With the unexpected early-season break giving time to analyse, it’s the perfect moment to take stock of this new era. If you want to understand what’s really going on in F1 right now, beyond the headlines, this is worth 20 minutes of your time. 🎥 Watch here: autosport.com/f1/video/autos… #F1 #Formula1 #Motorsport #RaceEngineering #Performance #Leadership #DataDriven #Autosport #F12026 #MotorsportNetwork

Great to be in Paris recently for a keynote with @VINCIEnergies , hosted in the beautiful setting of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. An opportunity to step away from the pit wall… and bring Formula 1 thinking into a completely different environment. We explored together: ⚙️ What high performance really means when the pressure is constant ⚙️ How operational excellence is built through consistency, not one-off moments ⚙️Why a data-driven mindset is now a non-negotiable advantage ⚙️How AI is reshaping decision-making across industries ⚙️The evolution of safety in F1 and what it teaches about risk management ⚙️And ultimately: how to get to pole position… and stay on pole What makes these sessions powerful is not just the content but the delivery. I always aim for a dynamic, interactive and entertaining experience, bringing real race scenarios, split-second decisions and behind-the-scenes insights to life. Because whether you're in motorsport or business, the challenge is the same: 👉 Make the right call, with incomplete data, under pressure. 🎤 Talks available in French and English 📩 For enquiries: DM or julien@jsc7engineering.com A big thank you to the teams at VINCI Energies Énergies for the trust and the engagement and special thanks to Elodie PEREIRA and Stephane Tourneur for a seamless organisation of the event. #KeynoteSpeaker #Leadership #HighPerformance #OperationalExcellence #DataDriven #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #DecisionMaking #RiskManagement #F1 #Motorsport #Innovation #Performance #Strategy #Paris #CorporateEvents #PublicSpeaking #Inspiration #Teamwork #ContinuousImprovement

People often ask me what I actually do today. It’s no longer "just" being a race engineer. Over the past 4 years, I’ve built two companies around what I believe modern motorsport really needs: 🔵 JSC7engineering.com focused on: • Managing drivers from karting to F1 (performance + career strategy) • Technical audits of racing teams • Keynote speaking & sharing high-performance insights • Strategic advisor at PACETEQ, an AI-powered sports & motorsport software solution 🔴 JSC7Talent.com focused on: • Elite motorsport recruitment • Connecting top engineers and specialists with F1, FE, WEC and beyond All of this comes from one simple idea: 👉 Motorsport is no longer just about going fast 👉 It’s about building the right ecosystem around performance Drivers, engineers, data, opportunities, everything is connected. And the ones who understand this early will have a massive advantage. Exciting times ahead. #Motorsport #F1 #JSC7Engineering #JSC7Talent #AI #Startup #Karting

Congratulazioni a Kimi Antonelli per la straordinaria vittoria nel Gran Premio di Cina. A soli 19 anni, un talento italiano torna sul gradino più alto del podio in Formula 1 dopo vent’anni. Campione.
