@MeJoJoB @wignallLCFC @jet2tweets Totally get what you are saying but they keep saying they are refunding in departure date order but seems people are getting refunds before their departure date? My son should’ve flying out on 08/05 & heard nothing from Jet2 since 20/04? £2000 is a lot of money to a 20yr old?

@wignallLCFC @jet2tweets I think Jet2 have their staff, who are able to,working from home. This situation isn’t their fault. This has never been done on this scale before.Hang in there everyone, they are genuinely trying the best.

@jet2tweets Hi there, I was meant to fly out to Rhodes on 08/05 from Glc. I had an automatic email on 20/04 to say someone would be in touch within 14 days but not heard anything. What’s more alarming is my mum who flying on 18/05 has got her refund. When will I be refunded? Date departure?
