As a former elementary music teacher myself, let me tell you what wasn’t any part of the curriculum or my attire — being trans. No colors, no pins, no flags. Zilch, nada. Do you know why? Bc it had NOTHING to do with what I was there to do; enrich students lives with the gift of music and offer them a space to stop, listen and create, throughout their day.
That’s it. That’s literally it. That’s what you do; your job.

Friendly reminder that he only transitioned to reignite his career in theatre after he failed on broadway as a guy. He jumped on the trans train for popularity and engagement, realized how it could be his ticket to his ultimate goal and grifted harder than ever before.
