The worst problem that Bihar faces is lack of proper lifestyle or urban social culture. Even Patna is nothing else than a large unplanned village. You cannot call Patna a city as it does not have any city equivalent facilities. People who return from Delhi, Bangalore or other metro cities cannot survive here for a month even.
No Bihari who has settled or lived in some metro city wants to live in Patna. If this case remains then how are we going to have reverse brain drain.
That's why I say Bihar is a failed state and it should be split into 3 smaller States.
