Started to feed long-form YouTube videos into @junglelearning_ to then study it. Got a great understanding today of communication in consulting client meetings. Very helpful in my meetings for my n8n automation agency. - Less jargon and no filler words -- rather use breaks - Give multiple options to proceed but advocate for one - Only ask clear questions (not open ones) Great to learn! I want to maximize my weekly (or bi-weekly) client strategy calls to figure out: - How well did the current workflows perform? - What changes are needed to active agents? - Which challenge do we have to tackle next? - Other thoughts the client had, like buying a new software (is it good for automation? or use an alternative?)
