surrender to change or continue to suffer in a loop. honestly, that’s what life comes down to a lot of the time. people want a new life while holding onto the same mindset, the same habits, the same comfort zone or the same version of themselves. then they wonder why nothing changes. life will keep repeating the lesson until you finally get tired enough to grow from it. growth doesn’t happen when you cling to comfort. it happens when you surrender. when you stop resisting to what your soul already knows needs to change. change is very uncomfortable but staying the same will hurt more ultimately. deep down you already know what needs to change, what’s draining you, what no longer fits the person you’re trying to become. stop resisting it. stop delaying it. surrender to change. trust the process. your next chapter begins the moment you stop fighting the transformation that’s trying to happen within you.

@TorontoPolice What does a mosque in San Diego have to do with Toronto police operations? How about do your job and put out an amber alert for a missing Jewish girl in TORONTO - your damn jurisdiction. You know, the community that's actually being attacked daily.

We are closely monitoring reports of an attack at a mosque in San Diego. There is no known nexus to Toronto, but out of an abundance of caution, we will continue visible patrols across the city. We recognize incidents like this can cause fear and concern in communities, and we remain in close contact with our partners.

I just met with my friend who is admitted in hospital after loosing over $500k in crypto. He lost his entire 10-year savings in crypto. If he gets liquidated in the $RIVER trade, he will lose over $1M 🤯 Leverage trading is brutal, guys 😢

As some of you know, I've been struggling with my hair recessing. I have been talking to my friends, they told me it was fine at first, but have now been telling me I cannot walk around like this anymore. What do I do? Someone told me I can get it fixed for 9k in Dubai, but I don't have the funds for it. Genuinely at loss for words here, don't know what to do. Is it genuinely just over or? Feel like my hunter eyes make up for it, check the second and third pic, I have hunter eyes and strong eyebrows.

You dont want a yacht. You dont want a big house. You dont want a super car, a $40,000 watch, or shoes you worry about getting dirty. You want free will. You want to wake up naturally on a Tuesday and you want to go to bed when you’re done having fun. You want to say yes to everything that excites you without having to request time off. You want to go to the the gym at noon, in absolutely no hurry. You want to spend 18 hours a day doing what you love. You want to be exactly where you desire being, always. You want to spend as much time with the people you care about as possible. You’re saying you wanna be rich? In what?

You get good at anything by doing it a lot. Just do things a lot It's not time spent. It's volume of doing. Make sure the time it takes you to do a single thing is as fast as possible. Your cycle time is sacred
