I'm hiring an assistant - but they need to be (heavy) AI users. You need to automate yourself out of a job. You're job is to help me on a bunch of personal and work tasks (updating numbers, email triaging, uploading content to webflow etc) You'll get paid a flat fee per month ($2k? $3k?) I don't care the amount of hours you work (although you should be online for a decent crossover with UK timezone) You won't be paid per hour of work you complete. AI should do as much of the work as possible. It's almost like you'd get paid based on how much work the AI is doing. You'll need to manage all the AI systems, improve them, roll out new ones. All systems need to be as capable as a human doing the tasks. If you completely automate yourself out of all work - I'll still pay you monthly, plus give you 3 months extra pay a a bonus. Thinking of an incentive structure that encourages the assistant to NOT be doing the work. @forgebitz True dat! I was yesterday years old when I learned that if you create a draft using IMAP, and send it out using SMTP, the draft does not magically move itself to the Sent folder.

never build anything with emails/IMAP/SMTP etc. you think you understand it, you don't sure you can parse it, right? well, sometimes, but no. just don't do it
