First half is over, and the Thunder have 7 free throw attempts. Spurs have 17FTA. Castle and the Spurs are draped over Shai, hacking him, pulling his jersey, reaching in, getting in his landing space, tackling him every single possession… …and Shai has 2FTA. It’s a shame a game of this magnitude isn’t being called both ways. Tough enough for OKC to play without JDub and Ajay, but now they are playing against Scott Foster.

@FrankMy35100988 @osuzack The worst part about it is viewership keeps them alive. If you don’t watch they don’t make money.

@osuzack This goes for all sports media. It's gotten way out of hand. The best ones never played the sport at a high level.

What data do you have to support an opinion that okc has any advantage relative to the whistle? “I feel” and “my opinion” is not credible. It’s incredible the world we live in. If enough people want something to be true, vast sums of individuals will jump on board. Without any objective metric to their claims

Biggest credit I give Daigneault is the fact that everyone that comes into a game for OKC plays with incredible freedom. He created an environment on the best team in the league where none of them are afraid of taking on more responsibility. That's insane and to me is coaching

@just_a_guy_51 I was trying to come across nice as an OKC fan during the game and not a hater. I should’ve just tweeted “Will Wemby’s conditioning hold him back long term” as to not confuse people with window dressing.

In my opinion, Wemby is already a sure bet to make the Hall of Fame. But will his inability to stay on the court consistently for extended minutes affect his ability to enter GOAT talks? He’s 22. This should be when he’s in the best condition of his life.

Your entire post was premature crowning but you are surprised someone in the internet noticed it? A good friend of mine is die hard spurs fan. My biggest critique has always been his durability and limited minutes. This is a known challenge for larger players. He has to prove that he can play extended minutes, avoid injuries, etc… My comment on him needing to earn it is a direct response to what you keep asking for an opinion on.

@just_a_guy_51 My point was about his conditioning ceiling. Do you have any thoughts on that? Or just want to keep talking about premature crowning?

@baldtyreekjuice @CBallOklahoma Multiple friends went to the games. Every video from their phone the crowd is popping. But the broadcast is never even a roar. OKC is one of (if not the) loudest nba arenas. TV deafens the crowd so you can hear their garbage announcers.

NBC not muting the spurs crowd out, while silencing Paycom shows the league has an agenda to cover, and they’re not hiding it. LOL

@SarksDaddy Okc stadium is so loud that the equipment is not built to handle those db’s. It’s a shame that the broadcasts are deafened. I would rather hear crowd noise than Reggie.

Spurs are absolutely locked in. That crowd brought their A-game. I wonder why NBC pretty much mutes OKCs crowd

Russell Westbrook is reportedly the "kindest teammate" behind the scenes: - Left an $8k tip for housekeepers in the NBA Bubble - Gave Capela a luxury bracelet right off his wrist because Capela liked it - Took Alex Abrines out to dinner when he felt lonely in OKC - Gave away both cars that he won as a two-time All-Star MVP to families in need - Sends Jordans and tracksuits to EVERY team staffer every year - On a minimum deal in Denver Russ paid for dinners, bought clothes for teammates and more - Great private charity work off the court Russ is one of the most misunderstood players ever.

@thompsonian87 @unfairsports The only potential violation is Wemby on a lane violation for being out of his designated space. Chet’s actions are completely legal within the rules.

@thompsonian87 @unfairsports It’s not a violation to step on a foot that is in your space on a free throw. That’s the point of my initial response tha you missed. You may not like it or agree with it. But it is well within the rules.

@thompsonian87 @unfairsports Yes, you step on his foot every single time. This is completely legal by Chet. Wemby must stay between his blocks and Chet is entitled to all the floor space between his respective blocks. Wether or not Wemby is also standing there

@unfairsports So you just step on their foot and hold them down? No, you point it out to a ref like a reasonable human being if it is a problem.
