A lot of people on CT have a victim mindset A majority of people lose on a trade and their first instinct is to find someone/something to blame, and keep thinking about the losses The main differentiator between someone who’s profitable vs unprofitable is that the winners know how to deal with losses, they learn lessons from them rather than victimising themselves The best thing you can force yourself to when you lose is sit down and learn from what went wrong

Many collab managers love to double dip WL spots for hype mints They are always the first to dump & drop the floor price Most (if not all) CMs are unpaid roles and their "wage" comes from flipping NFTs So many of us came through the ranks and have attempted collab manager roles at some point, back in the day my first interaction with @Tma_420 was while he was a collab manager! There will always be a few bad apples that will focus on personal gains over community success, that will never change. The key to collab manager success is: 1. Dont be a dick and take more than 1x WL from the community. 2. Don’t pitch 10+ different communities, we all know what happens here too. 1 cm, gets 10 WL spots. 3. Focus on being cm for one/two quality community 4. Build rapport and connections in dms Put in the hard work, reputation & connections are everything in the space.

If you're in a phase right now where the results don't match the work, I promise you that's normal and also temporary. I spent a lot of time here, where nothing was happening for me at one point, and I considered walking away. That period was and is the loneliest stretch you'll go through because the effort feels like it isn't paying off (yet it is). What I didn't understand at the time was that the version of me today was being built during those exact moments. Every lesson that felt pointless, every project that went nowhere, and every night I stayed up were adding up somewhere. The people who are willing right now aren't smarter or luckier than the ones who left; they just lasted longer. Survive the quiet years where nothing makes sense, and your time will also come. Don't stop grinding.
