time to set some goals for 2026 instead of betting everything on one app, i’ve decided to build a small app portfolio this year no big vision talk, just concrete targets: - ship 12+ apps - keep experimenting with marketing - reach at least $1k mrr - hit 5k followers on x and join the revenue sharing program - bench press 120kg i’ll only double down on marketing for the best-performing apps. all of this on top of still working a 9–5 and trying to put family first what are your plans for next year?

first trial with increased prices just converted! bumped prices ~50% and extended the trial a week ago couple more should convert this week!

shipped an update reverting my recent change adding just 2 daily free uses of the main feature makes a huge difference getting way more trials when users can actually try it also, starting work on a new app tomorrow! really missed this feeling

@woocassh yeah, that's so true i basically locked the main feature of the app behind a hard paywall, turns out it converts way better when people get a chance to try it first

3 days later, my iOS app is getting close to hitting its first big milestone: $100 MRR in the first month 🚀 - Currently at $71 MRR - Passed $300 in total revenue - 100+ new users - 24 active subscriptions Really happy with the progress so far

My first iOS app has been live for 3 weeks. Here are the stats so far 🚀 - 1,000+ downloads - $217 in revenue - $56 MRR - 5 active trials for the annual plan I’m not sure if these are “good” numbers but I’m really happy with the start. Let’s keep building.
