graves gets to be great for 4 days before taken out back and shot by repeated nerfs, but dw, celeste lost 1 base regen after ALSO GETTING BUFFS THAT SAME PATCH

the whole cs thing is kinda relevant since those who use 4:3 usually come from cs so when they transition games they wanna keep the same aspect ratio
