please do NOT aim for more than 10k steps a day. i know it seems like an ‘easy quick fix’ but i’m telling you, your body is NOT made to endure this much stress on a daily basis. you will hurt your joints and cause lasting, painful damage. DO NOT DO EXTREME THINGS TO YOUR BODY

@abradomine For me, it compounds. If I eat a 1,000 calorie healthy, well-balanced meal, I'm more inclined to be active and have a stronger workout. Whereas if I eat 1,000 calories of junk, I'd be more prone to sit around and be less active. From a calories in, calorie out aspect, no diff tho

Are there such things as “healthier calories,” or does the source of the calories matter more?

@grandebabbo @_FromTheIsland They're all friendly outside the game going to watch parties and doing press. They both hosted the "On Fire" podcast with Probst so had many conversations leading up to the transition from Dee to Charlie according to pre-season press (source: RHAP interviews).

@justinhecht @_FromTheIsland Where did you get that they were friends? No, she wants him to make her feel better about what she did and she's whining to everyone because he won't. Her actions have consequences. She wants him to make her feel better. He doesn't owe her that.

#BAD BLOOD — Dee spoke about her post-game relationship with Charlie, and it seems like he’s still pretty upset with her “You know what's funny? When I watched the show, I've actually never talked to one person about my vote out or anything. I don't fish for “Why did you do this?” because it's the game and it ends. With Charlie, I reached out to him, but I reached out to him in December. We finished in July, but when I landed after July, I had just finished filming The Challenge. So The Challenge was about to air. I'm getting bombarded with promo. Now I'm dealing with 30 other people, even worse drama than what this is. But I reached out to him a few times. He never responded back. And at one point, I'm like: Let me just crack jokes. And I'm like, ‘All right, if you hate me, just say that.’ Like, I was just cracking jokes. And it finally got to the point where I'm like, ‘All right, what the heck is happening? What's going on? @grandebabbo @_FromTheIsland There's a lot of losing finalists on Season 50 and over 100 overall who sat at final tribal and didn't win who don't make it their whole personality. Only one winner, he's not entitled to anything.
