I appreciate so much that instead of changing Shadows of Evil last minute to appeal to more people, they stuck with it and instead tried to make the DLC 1 map appeal to those who probably wouldn't like SOE.
This allowed for both maps to feel very unique, and both still ended up being beloved years later for different reasons.
