@DeborahMeaden Years ago, I borrowed from my Mum and Dad more cheaply than a bank but higher interest than their savings. We drew up an agreement of sorts. This would have been great.

@DeborahMeaden I got onto the property ladder by getting a "mortgage" from my parents, paying interest. It's this interest % aspect that this business might make easier and less awkward to deal with.
