@DianeZinna What email address should we reach out to for a refund? The AWP website says to contact awp@awpwriter.org but I just did this and got an automated response saying that the AWP staff is already out of the office for the conference and won't return until after March 9.

We at AWP are aware of the growing concerns about #AWP20 & coronavirus. We will honor refunds or credits toward our next conference in Kansas City for anyone uncomfortable traveling to San Antonio, & will issue a complete statement tomorrow, March 2, after meeting with officials.
