You already register to vote. The only potential for fraud is for one person to sneak in and use your name to vote before you do. In all the allegations of voter fraud, there has never been news of someone showing up to vote to find out someone else voted in their name. Photo ID solves no problems at the polls. All it does is provide an excuse for the government to tinker with the election process and for those in power to tilt the outcome of future elections in their favor.

Buying cold medicine. Boarding a plane. Checking into a hotel. Opening a bank account. Renting a car. What do all of these everyday actions have in common? They require showing a photo ID! RT if you agree showing a photo ID to vote is common sense.

All voters already register to vote. They get to cast one vote. The only avenue for fraud without ID is for some one person to sneak in and vote under your name before you do. But in all the talk of voter fraud and stolen elections nobody ever claims this happened to them. If there is fraud, there's no proof of it, and no allegations of a type of fraud that an ID would fix.

So, Federal elections usually happen about every 2 years. Presidential elections every 4 years. been that way for a really long time. We even know the dates of those elections. It seems to me that if you are seriously interested in voting in said elections, you have quite a bit of lead time to ensure you have all the documents you need to register to vote. Life is hard, if you are stupid or lazy, it's a lot harder.

@TheAliceSmith Obama tried this, and the Republicans and the healthcare industry shot it down. Yes, this is exactly what we should do. Create a public option for those who choose it.

If people love nationalised healthcare so much, let’s make it voluntary and see how many pick it over private healthcare.

Every voter already has to register to vote in their district. Every voter gets one vote. You show up, you cast it. ID solves nothing. How many people have ever gone to the poll to find out that someone else used their name to vote? That's the only avenue for a non-registered voter to exploit, and if it's ever happened, it sure hasn't been in the news. Voter ID is a red herring designed to let the federal government tinker with how voting works in general. It has nothing - nothing - to do with curtailing voter fraud.

213 Democrats just voted against having to show a valid ID and proof of citizenship to vote in our elections. That's pretty much all you need to know about Democrats.

@RealMattCouch Those files contain deep doo-doo for a lot of powerful people on both sides of the aisle, and nobody is releasing any of it because of the mutually-assured destruction it would bring. That's why Trump isn't prosecuting anyone on it either. They all just want it to go away.

If you watch the translation of Bad Bunny’s performance, it’s not only vile but it is complete gibberish. If it would have been in English the people there would have booed and there would have been millions more who turned the channel. Roger Goodell should be fired.

You don't need a physical ID to vote, but you ARE required to register to vote. And when you do, you get one. Your name is crossed off the list. How many people do you really think are going in and voting under someone else's name? And doing this before the actual voter shows up. How many people complain of showing up to vote and their vote has already been cast somehow? This whole issue is a boogy man trying to scare you into giving the feds more power over elections so that they have more power over their outcome. We're smarter than this.

I've seen a lot of posts with "numbers of would be disenfranchised voters", 21 million women who can't find their marriage certificates, 65 million who lost their birth certificates and don't have $20, people who were born in a field, the adopted person who's house burnt down, etc. But I have yet to see one person who opposes voter ID have an answer as to how we are to ensure only citizens are voting in our elections. What's the solution then? Just trust that everyone is doing the right thing? Seriously, states are auto registering people to vote when they get an ID and they award those IDs to illegal migrants. That's a documented fact. So I would love to know your solution to validate that only citizens are voting. Please list them below. Thanks

Read. A. Book. There many variants of influenza. The vaccine doesn't give you immunity to all of them, and vaccines don't provide immunity forever, necessarily. But if it did, the reason we'd still have the flu is the lack of people who take the vaccine. We don't have polio. We haven't had measles. The vaccines work for a society when everyone takes them and eradicates the pathogen because it can't find a host to survive in.

I didn't vote for eggs, though lower egg prices are nice. I actually voted for Trump to burn the entire corrupt system to the ground & begin again with something better.

@SonofManwithus If you won't trust a doctor to give you a vaccine, how can you trust a doctor when they prescribe... anything? Or when they perform surgery on you? If you are anti-vaccine, it really doesn't make a shred of logical sense to participate in the healthcare system at all.

NEW RULE: If you are a member of the US Olympic Team and you publicly criticize the USA while on foreign soil, you are off the team. You have 15 minutes to gather your things in the Olympic Village. To better quantify "so much" evidence, let's just call it "none". No evidence at all, as evidenced by absolutely no one - including Trump himself - being able to produce it. Nor by his own justice department being able to make a case now that he's in power. Besides, if the Dems were able to rig an election, how on Earth do you think they'd let Trump win in 24? Can we please not surrender the most basic logical think-though to the propaganda machine?

There was so much evidence in 2020 that the election was stolen but we just couldn't get a day in court. Have you ever wondered why that was? I'll tell you. I think that judges were afraid to admit that our election process could be so corrupted that it could be stolen. It would be like aliens landing on the front lawn of the White House. It would change everything. It would shake our society to the core. They just decided the country was better off with this accepting the fake election results than making America lose faith in our elections. I really believe that's what happened.

A total of zero people were forced to watch it. But if it's disrespectful to have Americans sit through performances in other languages, I guess we'll be banning opera now too? I think it's much more disrespectful to Americans to cast us as so fragile and simple that we can't enjoy something just because it's rooted in another culture. We're better than that.
