@ln_sitecore @marcelluswiley It most certainly is called the gas pedal. Over here in Canada anyway. Both can be true, there are many things with more than one name.

It’s not called the gas pedal, even in a combustion vehicle. It’s called the accellerator. Consequently, it’s the same name in EV’s and combustion vehicles. You could argue that the “accellerator” is a misleading name as well, as it would imply that you use it in the accelerating phase only. But that’s another discussion.
