@moski848687 @Chicago_NFL @nfldraftscout How bout it? Look around the league, man. Teams build with limitations - salary cap, draft capital - and compete w every other team trying to build sustainable winners. They draft best players available according to their board, not draft next guy up based on need.

@moski848687 @Chicago_NFL @nfldraftscout Anyone notice prior to Caleb and Ben getting to Chicago, the national media shit on all the Bears moves while fans celebrated and defended them all. Now Bears are building correctly and ascending - national media recognizes, Bears fans can’t do anything but complain 🤦‍♂️

Bears Fans thinking TE3 is an insignificant position in a Ben Johnson offense is sending me. This guy will be on the field 30% of the time. All it tells me is that they don’t understand his offensive philosophy This isn’t a “depth” position It’s a blocking specialist

@CourtneyRCronin Remember the immediate feedback during and after last years draft? “Loveland over Warren? A TE?! Burden is a luxury pick in the 2nd! Waiting until the 7th to address rb?!” Turns out it was the best draft class in league 🤷‍♂️

Ryan Poles expressed a positive outlook with the Bears' plan along the D-line despite not using any of their top 4 picks to aid the pass rush. Poles: "At the defensive line position, Book’s coming along with Dayo, Sweat, Shemar. We feel good about those guys. Obviously we have one more day, so we can continue to add. But like what that group is and what they’re becoming and we feel like there is some developmental upside and like I said yesterday, with Year 2 in the system, we should be able to take the next step."

@CourtneyRCronin I am sorry but the Bears should be drafting starters for this year. So far this is a failed draft as no highly qualified edge rusher was selected. Are you kidding me?

The Chicago Bears are drafting Iowa center Logan Jones with the 57th pick. With Garrett Bradbury under contract for through the 2026 season, the Bears draft a potential succession plan with the 24-year-old rookie. Jones won the Rimington Award as the nation's top collegiate center.

Is anyone paying attention to AI MUSIC ? Suno just hit $300M ARR with 2M PAID users. they’re generating 7 MILLION songs per day. that’s Spotify’s entire catalog every 2 weeks 😭

@about_ray_com @shiri_shh 👏 Music creation and distribution were democratized well before AI music. The actual problem for music fans is trudging through all the bullshit to find music and artists they like - AI music isn’t solving an actual problem, it’s compounding it 1000x.

The metric everyone is cheering for is the exact thing that breaks the economics. Generating 7 million tracks a day isn't a moat. Just a denial of service attack on human attention. a recent report found that roughly 86% of Spotify's current catalog already fails to hit the minimum thousand plays to earn a single cent in royalties. That was before people could prompt-engineer an entire discography on their lunch break. When the marginal cost of production hits zero the value of raw audio drops to zero right alongside it. The bottleneck in music honestly hasn't been production for a decade, it's discovery. And pumping infinite supply into a system with finite human attention just means the algoritms that filter the noise become the only layer capturing value. The platform that wins this cycle isn't the one generating the most audio files. It's the aggregator that figures out how to stop users from drowning in synthetic garbage. Until someone solves the curation layer, all that ARR is just subsidizing cloud compute

@TN5280 @adamjahns How is it automatically assumed they’re worse off than they were? We watched the amazing rookie class get better and better for them throughout the season. You think that stops in yr 2? Traditionally, that’s where big leaps are made.

@TN5280 @adamjahns The wr was the 4th option on team by end of last season. The LT was a rookie that didn’t start until wk 12. The cb2 was a practice squad player pickup that got an opp due to injuries - lots of interceptions but overall liability in coverage. The C retired and they quickly adapted

Here's the big question: Are the Bears a better team today than the one that fell short in the divisional round against the Rams? Or is it time for Ryan Poles to pivot again? Is it time to be bold and get Maxx Crosby? Let's talk about it. allchgo.com/is-time-now-ri…

@Jake_B30 This is the best position this Bears team has been in, possibly ever. The QB we’ve searched for forever is here and he’s young, hungry and has unlimited potential, the HC is an absolute animal that can out coach the best of them and he’s only going to get better. Be excited.

@Jake_B30 While everyone loves Ben, I think people are still underestimating the impact that having a staff capable of developing young talent gives them. They’re operating in lock step - Poles isn’t out here making player decisions in a silo - this goes for the draft, FA, etc

I think us #Bears fans just have to come to the conclusion… As long as Ryan Poles is here, he’ll keep out of trading for star players and away from signing tier 1 FAs Yes, he’ll take a few swings… but they’re usually not difference maker type players

@itsmine49 Grown ass men throwing twitter fits bc the Bears, a team one play away from playing in nfc championship last season, didn’t “solve their pass rush” in the first day of free agency by overpaying pass rushers that bad teams choose not to retain 🤦‍♂️

Poles is gonna have to have another historic draft like last years draft class Good luck doing that in back to back years He’s gonna have to hit on all 4 picks rounds 1-3. Esp on the DL if we expect our defense to be better

@chirrato Seems like a retool on defense with younger players, but marginally better if anything. And a worse o-line. Banking on year two in the system. Hard to believe this team is better than last year outside experience... Bad offseason

You know, it's really frustrating to see NFC teams who are perennial contenders be aggressive to fix the deficiencies on their rosters while Ryan Poles does very little to fix the #Bears deficiencies. I can't wait to hear him spin this in a positive way.

@OlDirtyChi @Tylow237 You think Jalen Phillips and his 6 total sacks over 3 seasons is elite and worth $120M? You think 31 yr old Trey Hendrickson coming off injury was the elite player we needed? Ever wonder why draft picks are so coveted? Bc that’s how you build rosters that win

@Tylow237 Every serious contender is looking for an elite player except the Bears who're out looking on the clearance rack for players and hoping those players will be better than they ever been. This is no way to build with a QB on a rookie deal.

@situationbears @DarthLordFelix You can’t win with these fans. If they fixed the dline but not the oline the way they did, people would be complaining saying “um ok, show me the protection on the oline.” It’s also funny to say “take one of the top 3 trades in nfl history that he did w panthers out and he’s mid”

From 2022 to now there’s a section of #Bears fans who’ve said “you can’t fix everything in one year” Well… it’s been 5 Injuries suck… but 34 picks & the highest natural EDGE pick is 5th round Booker. This is a failure on either the scouting dept, or the man making the picks

@LexitMovement1 @adamhmason Why will they be worse? We had the best rookie class in the NFL last season. The entire offense was learning to play with each other and a new system simultaneously. We’ll get improvements in yr 2. The defense wasn’t great but it consisted of backups to backups due to injuries.

#dabears are going to be responsible in free agency, which was literally told to you by Ryan Poles at the NFL combine two weeks ago. Too many get over hyped by fake insiders and don't understand the inner workings of the salary cap and responsible management. Be glad we aren't going "All-in " on inflated contract and making poor choices. We have a dozen+ roster spots to fill out BEFORE the draft, we will sign players. It might just not be as sexy as you were hyped up for or as expensive as fake insiders told you the Bears would go. The Bears found gems last year in Nahshon Wright and even later into the season of CJGJ and D'Marco Jackson. I'm am REALLY excited to see how this roster comes together and then the draft next month. #BearDown
Raul Bennington@black_42

Bears are going to sit out FA basically because our GM can’t be trusted to identify talent. FA is a plus and should be viewed as such. We weren’t as good as our record indicated last year and thinking you can go into the next season with minimum upgrades is a sure fire way to go
