@fredsirieix1 Depends what I’m doing…same as most things…but I’ve a penchant for unpasteurised Isigny Ste Mère, Bun Ghee from @FenFarmDairy , salted Lurpak on malt loaf…baking with unsalted Anchor….and I cook in emulsions / finish dishes with most of them as well…whatever is in hand…
