Sure, brother grifter. Lets start with the most glaring distinction - the police had a lawful, court-authorized search and seizure warrant for Karen's phones. They did not for Brian Albert and Brian Higgins, who cooperated with police anyway, whereas Karen Read obstructed the search and wiped her lawfully seized device. Hope that helps.

According to sources, last night Colin Albert and Brian Albert Jr (the cousin Colin had to say happy birthday to in person during the middle of a blizzard before allegedly leaving 5 minutes before John O'Keefe arrived) allegedly got into an altercation at an engagement party at the Landmark in Dorchester and were kicked out of the bar around 10:30 PM. Colin can be seen in this short video chirping at a middle aged man with gray hair across the bar. After leaving the bar the Alberts and Colin's friends reportedly waited outside and proceeded to jump one of the middle aged men they were arguing with inside the bar. Three BPD cruisers pulled up within minutes, but didn't stay long. Colin was not reportedly involved in the jumping, but was one of the instigators inside the bar. Regardless, the energy that the Alberts walk with when they go out drinking in public, and their constant inability to avoid threats and physical altercations, is further evidence that they are nothing but thugs. Now imagine what they would do if a drunk middle aged man stumbled into their homes and disrespected the family patriarch, Brian Albert Sr.

@mabbe_8 Jurors are instructed NOT to discuss the case with anyone, especially fellow jurors. They are also asked every day by the judge if they have followed those rules. They are sworn to follow those rules. So, did she commit perjury by lying every day to the judge? 🤔😬

This is… very concerning. This is a juror who sat on the Karen Read second trial, found her not guilty, and is now publicly saying she shared these thoughts with fellow jurors during the trial. “I used to say this during the trial to my fellow jurors...” Jurors are not supposed to advocate, campaign, or speculate about a defendant’s future until after the case is over, especially not during deliberations. They’re certainly not supposed to be cheering for the defendant, praising her “talent,” or framing the case as some destiny arc. That’s not neutrality, it's clear bias, and it raises some very uncomfortable questions: Were opinions being formed before deliberations ended? Were fellow jurors influenced by admiration rather than evidence? Was the verdict based on proof, or on how compelling Karen Read appeared as a person? You can believe in the verdict and still acknowledge this is NOT how juror conduct is supposed to look. This isn’t about guilt or innocence anymore. It’s about whether the process was followed without bias. Because this sounds like a juror who had her mind made up long before the case was over.
