Day 1 of the NATU Legal Section 2025 Review and Strategic Planning Session, held under the theme “Advancing the Interests of Members Through Representation,” at The Edward in Durban. Designed to empower leaders, share critical information and develop effective strategies, the Legal Section has for three consecutive years conducted this strategic review and planning exercise to produce a clear, actionable work plan for the year ahead. This year, the Legal Section has deliberately included NATU’s Full-Time Shop Stewards, individuals in daily contact with members and essential to shaping responsive and practical strategies, particularly on labour-related matters. The Central Executive Board, led by President S.V.
