@airindia You already had 48 hrs to respond to it, I am unable to understand why it takes so much time to give an update or a reply to this case, this is just an unprofessional behavior. Incidents like this forces us to look for other options than our Indian flights. @MoCA_GoI

@LycamobileNL You guys have a terrible customer service for English. I ordered a esim- received one which didn’t work. Ordered a replacement physical sim- got a message that it was delivered but was a lie. Today got charged with first bill without even using the sim. Terrible!!

@asr Hello A.S.R.- I have raised a claim with you since March/April this year via Independer bt hvn’t got a reply back. Every time I ask for an update from Independer, they mention that ASR is delaying it. Can u plz give me an update about claim asap. This delay is unacceptable.
