I just filmed a 66-minute Meta Ads masterclass that I could sell for $2,000.
Today, I’m giving it away for free.
Because most of you learning Meta ads are stitching together RANDOM YouTube clips from 2023 and blog posts that are completely outdated.
So you launch campaigns with the wrong structure.
Burn through their first $2-3K in a week…
And end up with nothing to show for it.
Then apparently it’s “Meta’s fault”
The companies that 2-3x their business with Meta ads have an actual SYSTEM.
So…
I filmed a full step-by-step course covering everything you need to launch and scale Meta ads in 2026
(the exact strategies we're running right now across $7M/month in managed spend)
Inside the course:
(1) How to make cold audiences profitable
(2) Campaign structure and launch strategy
(3) Ad copywriting that converts w/ the frameworks we use daily
(4) Funnel architecture from click to close
(5) Backend systems that actually track what matters
(6) How to identify and break through spend plateaus
You can watch this and implement same day.

Don't skip the backend section. That's where most people lose money and don't even know it.

I spent 6 months recruiting 20 of the best operators in the agency world.
AI. Sales. GTM. Funnels. Hiring. Finances. Ops. The full stack.
Combined, they've built, scaled, or exited agencies doing hundreds of millions in revenue.
I'm putting them all on screen for 3 days to give you the exact playbook to cross $10M ARR.
And you can watch from your laptop. For free.
Not a webinar. Not a course. A live virtual masterclass — the kind where you close the tab with a different business than the one you opened it with.
If you run a marketing agency and you're stuck between where you are and where you know you should be, this was built for you.
Comment "SUMMIT" and I'll send you the link.

Anthropic ran their entire marketing operation with one person.
$380 billion company.
Paid search. Paid social. SEO. Email. App stores.
One non-technical hire doing all of it — for 10 months.
I pulled it apart.
Compared it to every system we've built across the clients we've worked with.
Then asked myself one question:
If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch — what would it actually look like?
Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated.
I mapped the whole thing into a 47-page PDF you can upload directly to any LLM.
It coaches you through building your own version step by step.

AI cannot replace human creativity. Because “human creativity” is not human. It is Divine. jackmoses.substack.com/p/why-ai-will-…

My team just put together a 35-page guide on Claude Code.
Not the “ask claude a question” version of AI.
The real version.
The one where AI actually writes scripts, pulls data, runs workflows, and builds tools inside your terminal.
The companies I know that started using this are replacing hours of manual work every week.
Reports.
Audits.
Competitive research.
Proposal drafts.
Stuff junior employees used to spend half their week doing.
So we broke down exactly how to get started:
• how to install Claude Code
• how to prompt it properly
• and 5 marketing automations you can build immediately
Nothing theoretical. Just the exact setup.
If you're curious about what the next version of operations looks like, comment "claude" and ill send it to you.

Claude + one blog + Pinterest = $1,007/month per blog.
But Claude alone didn't do this. I built the system first. 6 years of Pinterest data.
Then plugged it into Claude. Now it runs 10x faster than any human team could.
Claude writes the content. Pinterest sends the traffic. Ad networks deposit $1k/month per blog.
I documented everything for FREE. From zero to $1,000+/month per blog BLUEPRINT.

I built this Claude Cowork automation to handle a simple content marketing task that my team used to do daily.
This frees up ~4 hours of time per week.
At CoinLedger, every week we spend time repurposing pillar content (blog content) across various social networks (reddit, twitter, YouTube, IG, etc)
We used to have a human + AI do this work. Now we just have AI doing it via this automation.
Here's how the Claude automation works:
→ Scrapes any blog URL and extracts key insights
→ Transforms content into platform-specific posts (Reddit, Twitter, Instagram)
→ Automatically creates organized Google Docs for each piece
→ Updates our internal content tracking spreadsheet in real-time
→ Highlights completed tasks without any human oversight
The game-changer? It runs completely in the background while I focus on higher-value strategic work.
Now scale this up. All mundane, "virtual-assistant-style" work can be automated in this fashion.
There is SO MUCH of this type of work in the real world. And there will be EVEN MORE of it when you can do it all for $100/mo.
Here's the process you should follow:
1. Identify a simple, manual process that genuinely adds value to your company if you did it every single day
2. Build the skill / automation for Claude Code / Claude Cowork to do it 24/7
3. Refine
4. Unleash Claude
5. Repeat
This could be list building for sales leads, scraping LinkedIn, identifying viral videos on TikTok that you can spin for your brand, research, and so so much more.
Your imagination is the limit. But this type of work exists in all businesses.
If you do this enough, you start to see why people have dozens of Claude instances running 24/7 on multiple devices.
They have figured out ways for Claude to drive economically valuable work for their organizations. And now they are simply scaling up that work.
Wild. This is where the world is quickly heading.

“Dude… this book is SO GOOD.”
That’s what a $100M CEO said after reading ONE concept — not about ads, not funnels, not traffic…
but about offers.
Because when your offer is right, selling feels illegal.
I broke that exact framework down into a simple blueprint anyone can use.

AI runs my content strategy now.
Built a system that watches industry news every hour, filters junk articles, and auto-generates Twitter threads plus LinkedIn posts.
AI scores each piece for quality before writing anything.
High scores get published automatically. Medium scores hit my review queue. Garbage gets archived.
Never scrambling for post ideas at 11pm anymore.

The Map Pack ranking factor that exploded our clients' visibility by 423%
(Bookmark this for later, seriously)
Distance and reviews matter, but this hidden factor controls everything.
Most agencies focus on citation quantity. Smart agencies obsess over this proximity signal that Google never talks about publicly.
Here's what the algorithm actually prioritizes:
Physical proximity to the searcher's location trumps everything else—UNLESS you optimize for "search intent proximity."
Here's the framework that cracked Google's code:
→ Add hyperlocal landing pages for every 5-mile radius around your location
→ Create neighborhood-specific service pages with local landmarks as reference points
→ Use Google My Business service areas to match your actual coverage zones
→ Build backlinks from local news sites and chamber of commerce websites
→ Get mentioned in local blogs with geographic anchor text
→ Optimize for "[service] near [local landmark]" keyword clusters
→ Create locally-focused FAQ content answering hyperlocal questions
→ Use structured data markup to signal geographic relevance to Google
The breakthrough: Businesses that optimize for "intent proximity" outrank physically closer competitors 78% of the time.
This strategy moved our clients from page 3 to the Map Pack in an average of 19 days across 156 local markets.
