@sundipkapur It's not the road. Indian roads are full of idiots. There are stationary trucks, buses and what not. Who will change lanes or suddenly stop, you would never guess. Then some human or animal can appear from nowhere. Speed control means better control.

Terrible. Expressways have a 120 kmph limit. Many drivers try to max it because they can. Even if your car has the handling dynamics to cross that limit, never do it on Indian roads.

@RajveerShahi70 There’s a difference between rising and already established. Kerala, Tamilnadu type estates are one of the best in law and order, contrary to UP. The difference between developed and developing nations? UP is developing. And it will take long because of its feudal mindset.

यूपी- मेरठ के CGHS आफिस में एडीशनल डायरेक्टर डॉ नताशा वर्मा को रिश्वत लेते हुए CBI ने गिरफ्तार किया है. डॉ नताशा ने अपने दफ्तर के स्टाफ तरूण से तबादले के बदले 50 हजार रूपये की घूस मांगी थी. इसके अलावा एक निजी अस्पताल को CGHS पैनल में रिन्यूवल के लिए 20 लाख रूपये की मांग की गयी थी. CBI ने जाल बिछाकर कल शाम डॉ नताशा को रंगेहाथ पकड़ लिया. डॉ नताशा का ड्राइवर भी इस घूसखोरी में शामिल था. मेरठ के 16 निजी अस्पतालों से भी डॉ नताशा CGHS पैनल में रिन्युवल के लिए करोड़ों रूपये की डील कर रही थी. डॉ नताशा से पहले कुछ महीने पहले एक और अफसर को 5 लाख की घूस लेते CBI ने गिरफ्तार किया था.

@kaamtanath @IndianGems_ This is sad , I am a RWA member in Gurgaon society, We take fire NOC as a serious matter , we test our equipment and replace things from time to time if not working , rest is in hands of god

My friend currently lives in this flat. He told me that the fire brigade’s water doesn’t reach the upper floors. This building is only 15 floors tall. I can’t even imagine what it must be like in 50-storey buildings. Just imagine the level of seriousness we have in our country. BTW, we have that guy who has drones to wash the trains.

@Watsay @IndianGems_ @amitmehra Noida residents are so ignorant and Noida builders are so incompetent that they delay every project for at least 2-3 years and some upto 10 years and then when residents get the flat they are happy with the basic walls water and electricity. Fire safety is last in their list.

@SumitGaba @IndianGems_ No it’s not, some of the apartments in Noida have dummy fire sprinkler system, it simply doesn’t work, automated fire sprinklers are a joke in Noida.

Every floor gets fire hydrant , at least in Haryana , some people construct some fancy stuff blocking access in the name of making their house beautiful, that must be the case in incident today, you don’t get fire noc in Haryana if you cover the hydrants, same must be the case of Noida , lift stops working , fire service staff must be finding it hard to climb via stairs

@IndianGems_ @amitmehra Its not required for fire engine ladders to reach any place above 7floors . Building with more than 7 storeys must have fire hydrants at every floors + sprinklers in every room. Stop demonising high rise building contruction.
