#IISERPune is hosting @ANRFIndia's 2nd Prime Minister Early Career Research Grant Assessment meeting during Feb 17-18, 2026 for seven research verticals: Civil Eng., Computer Eng., Earth and Atmospheric Sci.  Materials and Metallurgical Eng., Mechanical Eng., Organic Chemistry and Physical Sciences. About 100 domain experts from across India are engaged in this task for two days. We extend a warm welcome to them all to the campus💐💐

In this recent work, we synthesized pristine TiB2 nanosheets and discovered a remarkable phenomenon that they chemisorb N2 at room temp w/o any assistance. DFT studies in collaboration with Prof. Raghavan helped us understand this amazing phenomenon pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…
