@kabragk @IndianTechGuide Incorrect analysis. UPA government issued the oil bonds to the OMCs as a deferred payment instrument. They are a liability for the government, not an asset. This government has been paying interest on those bonds to the OMCs by raising the the fuel prices to current level

@sanket 100% Ethanol only capable engines are not workable in India as Ethanol has lower evaporative pressure causing problems when cold starting the engine at temperature below 15°C. North & East India winters are much harsher.
