The driver was going west on McKnight Blvd. N.E., travelling 130 km/h in an 80 km/h zone without their headlights on. They also could not provide proof of insurance when officers pulled them over. 🔴 The driver received tickets for speeding, driving without their taillights on & failing to produce valid insurance. ❗ Excessive speed combined with inexperience significantly increases the risk of serious collisions. GDL rules are in place to help new drivers build skills safely.
