I discovered this app called ‘gentler streak’ that I feel is going to help me get back to the old me. I’m in love with the UI and its mirror workout on iPhone function. I also love that other stands for recovery more than it stands for going all out all the time!

After my injury it’s been tough to get back to the old routine. Discipline has never been the problem but the body took such a hit that it’s taking time to build back up. The Apple Watch’s rings closing has been very helpful to keep going but I needed something more…

I am hoping it's his season this year. After all the challenges he has faced, he deserves it.

For someone that is a REALLY SLOW reader, audiobooks have enabled me to get through books at a much faster rate. I’m really grateful that this medium exists for people like me. Just got done with this amazing book and I’m starting with a new one immediately!

AQI of 170 is not good but for us that are used to living in these conditions, it’s a green signal to go out and get a workout done. Still way better than the 300+ that it was showing yesterday. I feel for my friends in Delhi.

Had a project yesterday where I shot on the iPhone and edited on an iPad using Final Cut Pro. The ease of use and workflow was seamless! Technology has enabled us to do things that were only possible on large desktop computers at one point of time!

Stay focused on the moment. Stop wasting time thinking about the monsters that may or may not be up ahead.

I started journaling again. The last time I did it was September 2022. Reading through some of my older entries gave me so much perspective. Things change, we have to keep putting in the work and never ever forget to practice gratitude. 🙏
