Can someone recommend a dimmer module that will work well with Knightsbridge spektro downlights, Client has supplied downlights and a Knightsbridge dimmer and it’s a bit 💩 But wants to keep the matte black faceplate as rest of the switches are the same…. TIA 🙏🏻

Carried out an eicr 3 weeks ago. Now the customer is claiming we didn’t turn the freezer back on and now wanting to claim on our insurance. Can anyone advise me on what to do please? Personally I think 3 weeks is to long and the freezer ain’t the only thing that stinks 🤔
