@CBCNews Use Zip ties not locks. They can still open the zipper and reclose the zipper after removing items. Zip tie the handles of the zipper to the top handle of your luggage. I learned this recently! I also do not pack valuables in my checked bags.

@kaethemueller79 I will never take our garden here for granted again. Every single everbearing berry runner is getting planted this summer, I’ll quadruple our yield for two summers down the road and be grateful then for planning ahead. I’ll be planting more stuff this year to freeze too.

Lately I leave the grocery store feeling filled with only rage or despair over the prices, there’s really no in between. Just a few quiet moments in the car to collect myself every single time.

@TheRealMrArseno @FernwoodFreddie @srbulman Why did we think PEI would escape covid? Why are islanders acting so shocked? The problem is the government allowed us to believe the opposite of the truth. There is no avoiding covid! They slowed the enviable down.

@FernwoodFreddie @srbulman It might be due to the fact that at first we were not getting infected. Therefore perhaps less natural immunity= more targets for infection= now we are #1. I wonder what the overall % of infected population in PEI is compared to others. Are we actually just catching up?

PEI continues to boast the highest COVID infection rate in North America and this has been going on for months now. I can't recall any other state, province or territory holding down the No. 1 spot for such a prolonged period of time. Way to go Islanders! #peipoli

@CannibalHoliday @mikayla_gallant The enormous amount of beef that was consumed during burger love was not sourced from Island Farmers alone. The beef may have been processed locally but the majority of the cattle came from out of province. Good intentions to help support Island Farmers and great advertisement.
