@GeauxGabrielle Because people are at work for 40-60 hours a week. So they’d rather not sit around a bunch of tight lipped people. The answer to this is to push for shorter work weeks. Then maybe people won’t feel the need to build relationships with ppl we are constantly around.

@thisisnefertiti I get WHY people want to work remote, especially if you aren’t lucky enough to work with people you like being around, but I don’t think it’s the best way to start out a career. Especially with how people barely socialize in their personal lives these days.
