@realMAGACOCK Here is why this always happens. Step 1. Don’t watch his show. Step 2. Project your own image of Nick’s beliefs on to him. Step 3. See a clip of him that doesn’t align with your own beliefs. Step 4. Say he’s inconsistent

During a brutal look at their relationship dynamics, the boyfriend admits he has set strict weight and financial conditions before he ever buys a ring, leaving Caleb completely speechless. While Caleb watches the 6-year relationship crumble in real-time, he completely derails the couple's confidence with a savage reality check about her weight-loss progress. Low stomach acid is a much bigger problem than people realize. It sets off a chain of downstream issues, and many of them loop back and make the low acid even worse. One of the biggest is losing one of the gut's primary antimicrobial defenses. Stomach acid is a major barrier against incoming microbes, so when it's low you become more susceptible to infections and overgrowth. It's a big reason people on PPIs long term have much higher rates of SIBO. The disruptions to digestion are just as significant. Stomach acid is involved in triggering the release of digestive enzymes, so now acid isn't the only thing that's low, enzyme output can be too. Which further disrupts digestion. Protein especially gets poorly digested in this situation. That means the nutrients found in protein sources like B vitamins, magnesium, calcium and zinc often end up depleted. Poorly digested food also disrupts motility and microbiome composition. It sits longer, motility slows and the microbes that ferment those foods take advantage. When poorly digested protein reaches the colon, bacteria like certain bacteroides, clostridium and alistipes putrefy it into toxic byproducts like p-cresol. This commonly becomes a cycle. These effects feed back into the low acid itself: → The overgrowth and infections that low acid allows (like H. pylori) can further suppress acid production once they take hold → Poor protein digestion depletes nutrients like zinc which is involved in producing stomach acid. So low acid drives down the raw materials required to make acid. → The impacts like maldigestion, slow motility and infections can drive inflammation, which disrupts the parietal cells that produce acid in the first place The impacts can compound, which is why low stomach acid rarely stays a single, isolated problem.

Protein intake today is 200 g 105 g from collagen and gelatin (split across 3 meals with 200 mg Vitamin C per meal for 600 mg) 50 g from animal protein 45 g from dairy/dairy product Yes, I am of the opinion you should still count collagen, 'incomplete' sure, but if necessary for connective tissue, I'd say it's pretty complete for that purpose
