Why is it that you can sign up for a subscription to @TSN_Sports from outside of Canada but there’s no acknowledgement that you can’t access the streaming? Spent $20 to try to watch Sinclair’s last game, and couldn’t access anything. ☹️ @TSNHelp

Just passed 9 hours of being on hold with @RBC since Wednesday afternoon. I’ve spoken to 10+ people now, been given the go ahead to complete my eTransfer to buy Bitcoin 4 times, and still the transaction is blocked. The rage I feel is immeasurable

Just waited on hold for 3 hours (after already waiting on hold for 2 earlier today) and the line got disconnected when they asked my name, lol.

Just in case you’re wondering, DONT bank with @RBC - getting any resolution to any issue is a nightmare. Escalating your complaint is a nightmare. I’ve spent 15 hours on hold in total over the last month and I would not recommend this to anyone, lol

How on earth do people put up with this?

@Ticketmaster_Me collection of will call tickets is the most unorganized system I’ve ever experienced! We were forced (no option for print at home or phone tickets) to travel 45 mins by Uber, wait in line for 2+ hours, and when I had issues with my tickets I emailed & tweeted…

And was told by workers it was taking to long, so my only option was to REPURCHASE my tickets. Now you’re telling me you can’t refund for the original purchase, which I reached out for support for, and you didn’t respond in an adequate time frame? 3+ hours of waiting? SCAM
