@EPCOR That doesn't change that a crew was in the area. Fixed half. And the rest of the area was then closed and had to be re-reported. And residents were not notified that they were being bypassed at all. At the very least communicate that new tickets need to be opened.

@kailadia We understand how inconvenient this is; our crews are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible. Our outage map isn't organized by priority; crews focus on safety hazards and are managing complex repairs. We're also working to repair a glitch in our outage map.

@EPCOR is so awesome that areas that had reported outages on the map Saturday night and had techs in the area were marked as restored and then abandoned to be more than 38 hours without power and are now at the bottom of the priority list with no estimated restoration time....
