With another storm on its way, conditions change quickly. Our crews are hard at work on repairs and monitoring, and your safety is a priority: - Plan for alternate routes to avoid flooded roadways and underpasses. If possible, stay off the roads during this time. - Stay away from stormwater ponds - their water levels could change quickly. - Prepare for unexpected power outages by keeping a flashlight near you and charging your phone. - Report displaced maintenance hole covers and downed power lines to 780-412-4500. - Stay at least 10m away (a school bus length) from downed power lines. - Check your sump pumps and direct your eavestroughs away from your foundation. @kailadia We understand how inconvenient this is; our crews are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible. Our outage map isn't organized by priority; crews focus on safety hazards and are managing complex repairs. We're also working to repair a glitch in our outage map.

@EPCOR is so awesome that areas that had reported outages on the map Saturday night and had techs in the area were marked as restored and then abandoned to be more than 38 hours without power and are now at the bottom of the priority list with no estimated restoration time....
