@Jean__Meche I hate the third one the least. I don't see any benefit in any of them, and they don't make the code seem more logical or easier to read. You try to appeal the React folks but they don't have interest in Angular regardless of how you change it. Stop ruining good things

Wow, I can see multiple ways this could go wrong when it’s not only optional at some point in time. #angular - custom implementations via directives won’t work. - multiple powerful use cases relying on selectors. - using 3rd-party components might get difficult - Seems like Small gain overall and big loss for advanced users. Curious if these concerns will be addressed! Or it will never be deprecated to use selectors.
