JUST IN: 40-year-old American climber Alex Honnold has successfully completed his climb up the Taipei 101 building in Taipei, Taiwan.
He reached the top of the tower in 1:31:35.
The building is 1,667 feet tall making it the 11th-tallest building in the world.

Fun Fact: he actually had a real vtuber model before the peanut. Bro puts so much work into his streams, the intro, the 3d scenes (he has 47 different scenes for his 47 different models?!!) hes got toggles for the outfits and sound bits like confetti- set up to trigger when he says "yipee". He most definitely plays up the peanut character very well.

The unnecessary ‘over-humanization’ of AI is becoming troubling. This new “feature” will do nothing to improve productivity or prosperity. But it will almost certainly increase addiction & loneliness. I don’t think government intervention will make it any better, but designing AI with the specific capability to sexually or emotionally manipulate humans warrants extreme caution.

CEO Sam Altman says it’s part of treating “adults like adults,” which includes stuff like erotica and more customizable chatbot personalities. OpenAI made the bot pretty strict before to protect people with mental health struggles, but now says it has tools to ease those limits safely. Schumer turned around, looked at Republicans, and gloated as he said this. "The SAVE Act [will] restore Jim Crow. [Let] me be clear: I will not let the SAVE Act become law.
