PACKAGE DELIVERY AND E-COMMERCE (what does the fuel surcharge cascade look like?) 4. BIG BOX RETAIL (what does the discretionary spending squeeze look like as gasoline is now taking up more of consumer spending, particularly in the bottom half of the K economy) 5. RESTAURANTS (also subject to discretionary spending) 6. HOTELS (the leisure demand question) 8.
