The FBI statement on the Gupta conviction is quite something.
India is described as a "foreign adversary" and its actions were an attempt to "silence a vocal critic."
A Sikh was a "target of transnational repression" for exercising protected "freedom of speech."
I have gone back and read it a couple times now. Astonishing that this is all on the public record now.
It's clear. No more "wHeRe'S tHe ProOf sAAr!"
Read the US Indictment. It's damning and connects India's transnational repression and state sponsored terrorism program in both America AND Canada. Canadian intelligence has connected the organizing of said program all the way to Amit Shah.
That Indian govt program is still alive and thriving in Canada, by the way, via its Bishnoi Gang, a designated terrorist group.
Doesn't matter that India sucks at all of this, and is totally exposed as clumsy idiots. It is still causing major harm to our country and our institutions. Have to keep calling it out, especially as the Carney government moves to normalize ties with India even though India has not taken any accountability for its continued actions in Canada.
