So, Sean Miller gets a chance at redemption with his old school Xavier after a scandal at Arizona tarnishes his coaching opportunities. He has 3 good seasons there, then two days after losing in tourney, in the midst of portal time he abruptly leaves them in the lurch. Calls it "life changing opportunity" to coach Texas, after he already had one of those at Arizona that lasted for yrs. So, the team that gives him a chance to redeem himself is only worth 3 years of his time. This story is emblematic of college basketball (and football) coaches. They are no more than hired gunslingers, which is OK if they would just acknowledge it once in a while and not pretend to be something else.

@jdunlap44 Brady is such a difference maker with his shooting and emotion…no ceiling for him. Really hope he wants to run it back at SLU!

A memorable season at Saint Louis comes to an end at 29-6. Best season since the Jim Crews teams, 12 years ago, and matched the programs' best run in March (Round of 32) since 1957. Most wins (29) in program history. A ton to build on. #A10MBB

Not many are expecting the Billikens to shock the basketball world. But it sure would be fun. For Spoon, for Claggett and Hughes, Highmark and Jett. Evans, Mitchell, Majerus, and so many others. Have a day SLU!
