@jetairways 25 years of flying, but the website is a joke! Tried to check in 6 times online - crashed every time! Charged me twice and then had to call the service centre to have a seat allocated - to be told I can’t check in until tomorrow morning!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

@BHR_hospitals @LadyOfRockNTea I’ve been experiencing the same problem. Been wating to hear back from them since June! Every time I try calling I don’t get anywhere! Once somebody picked up and put the phone down on me! Shocking!

@LadyOfRockNTea Hi, we're really sorry you've been waiting so long. I've spoken to the team & there doesn't seem to be an issue. They are busiest in the morning and early afternoon. I know it's not always convenient, but if you could try later in the afternoon, you should get through quicker
