@Kutchinaconnect @NamitBajoria06 There is serious lapses of communication between your company and service providers. Either it's an deliberate act of mis guidance aiming to fool consumers for a larger vested interest of profits or something beyond our understanding

@Kutchinaconnect @NamitBajoria06 Your service provider visited today, one Mr.khan and told us that the best they can do is to replace parts. A machine which was broken within 7 days and took 1.5 months to be addressed cannot be repaired rather our request repeatedly was to change the machine unit itself.

@Kutchinaconnect @NamitBajoria06 There is no action till now on the replacement of faulty Angela 75 Premium machine for my aged parents in spite of writing. Are we so insensitive and commercial in approach for senior citizens or kutchina benefits from their vulnerability.

@Kutchinaconnect Hope you address appropriately the issue of Angela 75 Premium machine breakdown within a month and resulting hassle for more than a month due to parts unavailability. Requested a replacement of the machine. Very sad service
