@HammadMogra @AndaluciMaliki1 Your Arabic comprehension skills are lacking.
Ahmad agrees with the verdict, which is why Dhahabi is embarrassed and covers for him.
English

@karachavi @AndaluciMaliki1 You dumb clown, the Jarh is from ابن ابي ذئب.
Show me where Ahmad takfirs him, I'm waiting.

@HammadMogra @AndaluciMaliki1 Like I said, due to his tiny brain, he was unable to comprehend our Imam, the Imam of Madinah as foretold by the Prophet.
I will bring you your favorite Dhahabi being embarrassed of his ignorance and stupidity, not once but twice, correcting and making excuses for him.

English

@karachavi @AndaluciMaliki1 You're pulling this out of your ars*.
Where did Ahmad Takfir Malik?
English

@HammadMogra @AndaluciMaliki1 I have lost the plot when your favorite retard goes around takfiring Imam Malik and Imam Abu Hanifa, amazing deduction skills.
English

@HammadMogra @AndaluciMaliki1 I doubt the chain of narrators is authentic to Shafi'i since Dhahabi reported it without one because if he actually believed that, he would have adopted his ridiculous positions and not formed his own school.
Ahmad was but a narrator of narrations, a muhadith, and there's that.
English

@karachavi @AndaluciMaliki1 Ash Shafi'i himself attested that he had not left anyone أفقه in Baghdad than Ahmad.
Ahmad is Imam ud Dunya, his influence is unparalleled amongst Imams.
Al Karabisi was nowhere near him.
English

@HammadMogra @AndaluciMaliki1 Like I said, he was just being nice. Shafi'i was known to be a very divisive man which is why he was safe from Ahmad's poison.
Ahmad did famously takfir both Malik and Abu Hanifa because he couldn't understand their Fiqh.
English

@karachavi @AndaluciMaliki1 Stature.
The statement of Ash Shafi'i himself is sound and sufficient.
English

@HammadMogra @AndaluciMaliki1 Karabisi was a companion of Shafi'i and even his sandals probably had more signs of intelligence than Ahmad and his ilk.
I am aware Ahlul Hadith were seen that way and separate to the intellectual classes of the jurists, no surprises there.

English

@karachavi @AndaluciMaliki1 Using Al Karabisi to undermine Ahmad...
You have a few screws loose.
As for Ibn Abdil Barr, if you read his work praising the 3 Imams of Fiqh, you will realise that he viewed Ahlul Hadith separate to the Fuqaha, hence the omission from that specific work.

@HammadMogra @AndaluciMaliki1 It's not me, it's Hanafi scholars like Tahawi, Shafi'i scholars like Karabisi, Maliki scholars like ibn Abdul Barr and others like Tabari and so on.
Nobody took him more seriously than a deranged parrot. Dhahabi passed away Hanbali in creed himself, 800 AH, so he's irrelevant.
English

@HammadMogra @AndaluciMaliki1 May God have mercy on Shafi'i, he really spoke good of everyone.
Ahmad's shenanigans are well known though, from the fake torture and the mihna story to takfiring our Imam Malik, and Imam al A'azam Abu Hanifa.
His followers were like him too, torturing Tabari and Bukhari.
English

@karachavi @AndaluciMaliki1 We seek Allah's reward through our love for the undisputed Imam of Ahlul Hadith, the great Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal.
Ash Shafi'i said:
خَرَجتُ مِنْ بَغْداد، فَمَا خَلَّفتُ بِها رَجلاً أَفْضلَ، ولا أَعْلَمَ، ولا أَفْقَهَ، وَلاَ أَتْقَى مِنْ أَحْمَدَ بنِ حَنْبَلٍ

@AndaluciMaliki1 @HammadMogra You didn't know that because you are an edgy retard with a double digit IQ only capable of the literalism of Ahmad ibn Hanbal, nothing close to Fiqh.
English

@HammadMogra Wow, I didn't know that. Nice contextualisation though.
English

Would be interesting to see how this influenced the early Hanafi opinions regarding intoxicants.

Did ʿAlī b. Abī Ṭālib Pay his Muslim Troops with Alcohol? & how later muḥaddiths suppressed this notion. A thread 🧵[1/15]
English

@AlpineRockhead Syria recently too, better to disengage sometimes. The realisation of not being able to prevent it is harrowing.
