As AI takes over execution, influence is the real differentiator.
Leaders think in trade-offs, not just solutions. So instead of selling your idea:

→ Shape it together
The skill that's missing isn't technical.

Just watched a conversation with Jeetu Patel (President & Chief Product Officer, Cisco). It made me rethink something. AI isn’t just for engineers anymore.
- Designers.
- Product managers.
- Creators.
Everyone building digital products needs to understand how to work with AI. Another thing that stood out was his framework for building great companies. As a designer, I often focus only on product and UX. But product success depends on a much bigger system:
– Timing
– Market
– Brand
– Distribution
Not just the product itself.
My biggest takeaway:
The future won’t belong to people competing with AI. It will belong to people learning to collaborate with it.
One line from Jeetu Patel really stayed with me:
“Survival of humanity depends on a successful AI.”
A bold statement, but hard to ignore.
