@Ranuxell3 In OG, Cloud just thought he was in Zack's place in Nibelheim. In Remake and Rebirth he copies Zack when he is with tifa, that'swhy he behaves "cooler" with Tifa. With Aerith, Cloud is more shy, according to an old FF7 manual, Cloud is his real self with Aerith.
