Hi @AmazonHelp, good morning, I submitted a refund request back in early December and sent the item back but have still not received the refund. And when I try to contact the seller on the app the useless AI-chat gets in the way, can you please help?

Literally everything I clicked on disappeared instantly, and then the app moved and then I had to re-select new seats.. which disappeared... No tickets for me 😥 I haven't seen her since Born This Way! 😭 But congrats to all the monsters who did get tickets! X PAWS UP!
