🧵This year marked major milestones for Trillium Health Partners (THP) as we continue to build the future of health care. This past year, we achieved the highest standing of quality care accreditation by the national accreditor of hospitals, Accreditation Canada. 1/15

This is just the beginning of what’s to come as we reimagine and co-design the future of care - and build a new kind of health care for a healthier community.
