June marks National Indigenous History Month. Learn about past and present Treaty relationships in what is now Oakville in Debwewin: The Truth Project. This travelling exhibit was created in partnership with @mcfirstnation and @OakvilleCF. Now on until June 29 at 8 Navy Street.

Officially lunched in 2017, today is the first day of National Accessibility Awareness Week (NAAW)! All Peoples whether Indigenous, non-Indigenous, disabled, Elders, parents, children, everyone, has the right to accessible communities, programs, services, and systems, everyone! We have a lot of work still to do to make Canada fully accessible, but we recognize those who are doing their part to remove barriers for all!

Today I met virtually with Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations Chief Claire Sault to confirm our shared desire to work together and continue to foster a relationship based on mutual respect and trust.
