@QuickBooks absolutely horrible service specially since raising the prices to over $100 ! I can't get into my account to do my books for an important deadline for CRA and no one from #quickbooks gets back to you. No number to call just a convoluted callback which never happens

@QuickBooks Still no help. Customer service after 1hour tells me they will email me back and I get the same crap again. Reinstall my app. Which we already did 5 days ago and didn't work. What heck!!!

@QuickBooks Going on 1 hour on a phone call and still being asked questions like what's my email again and company id. How low can your customer service go? How many more hours I have to be on phone and with you guys to get just an answer or an update!!!!!!!
