@Halfords_uk Well here we are again. Another week, no call back from your complaints dept/management, and you're still refusing to do anything about not having refunded for a service not provided. You said you'd be in touch in 48 hours, that expired Tuesday night.

@Halfords_uk how do I raise a formal complaint in pursuance of a refund for service not provided that you have failed to issue for over a month, as the ombudsman require we follow this process first, but I can't find an official channel to do so on your site.

@Halfords_uk So given that your support via DM has not actually done a thing to resolve the issue, and are now ghosting us again, I repeat my original question, what is the official complaints avenue, because this is now getting beyond a joke.

@Halfords_uk We don't want excuses, we want the money returned immediately and we should be entitled to compensation for the interest that has now had to be paid out, and the time wasted over and over dealing with your completely lacking customer service.

@Halfords_uk whether from the representative or a manager, and this has now been over a month of you holding nearly £300 that was put on a credit card, so has now additionally accrued interest. The situation is completely unacceptable.
